The Problem

The McCormick Schwartz consumer facing website had no functionality to allow consumers to order products. Consumers frequently wanted to order directly from the site particularly for hard to find or end of line products.

The Solution

McCormick Schwartz chose to use Orderly eCommerce to enable add to basket and payment gateway integration with a fully functional shopping cart.

How It Was Done

The Orderly eCommerce platform enabled add to basket and payment gateway integration with a fully functional shopping cart. We integrated with the WorldPay payment gateway and aligned the cart and checkout flow of the customer journey to match with the existing site and follow all McCormick Schwartz brand guidelines, followed by integrating with Salesforce for CRM and marketing preferences.

The Results

The project was an immediate success and the relationship continues. Consumers love being able to order their products directly and receive them the next day, and staff utilise the Orderly platform to list products and pack orders.
